Junior Squad-
JR Squad workouts will focus on developing endurance and strokes to prepare swimmers to transition into our White Squad.  Swimmers may also participate in the Junior Squad if they simply want to have the opportunity to be on a team but do not want to be on our competitive team.  We will also offer mock meets so that swimmers can understand how a swim meet operates and get comfortable in a meet setting. JR Squad replaces stations 9 and 10.  The practice times are 45 minutes and the swimmer to coach ratio is 8:1.
